Nitrile Rubber Sheet & Rolls
Description
Nitrile Rubber is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Nitrile rubber sheets are mainly used as oil & solvent resistance as it has good tensile strength, low compression set, flexibility & impermeability to gases. These sheets are very good resistance to petroleum based products having recommended for operating temperature from (-20°C to +110°C).
Applications
These sheets / rolls are mainly used for sealing, gasket & packing to avoid leakages from oil, solvent, petroleum based fluids, lubricating oil, transformer fluid & sealing against gases.
Property
Very good resistance to petroleum based fluid goods & high temperature resistance up to 110°C. Very low-level permeability to gases. Poor ozone resistance.
Commercial Rubber Sheet & Rolls
Description
Commercial rubber sheets are designed for general-purpose applications that demand durability and flexibility. These sheets provide efficient sealing, packing, and insulation performance, suitable for light to moderate duty usage in various industries.
Applications
Commonly used for gaskets, padding, floor protection, weather stripping, and vibration dampening. Ideal for non-critical sealing against water, mild chemicals, and air.
Property
Moderate resistance to abrasion and weathering. Economical choice for indoor and light outdoor applications. Not recommended for strong chemical or petroleum exposure.
Neoprene Rubber Sheet & Rolls
Description
Neoprene rubber (Polychloroprene) sheets are versatile synthetic rubbers known for excellent resistance to oils, chemicals, heat, and weather conditions. They maintain strength and flexibility across a wide temperature range and are flame-retardant.
Applications
Widely used in marine, automotive, and industrial environments for gaskets, hoses, insulation, and vibration dampening. Also suitable for outdoor sealing and equipment protection.
Property
Good resistance to oil, UV rays, ozone, and oxidation. Operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +100°C. Offers moderate flame and chemical resistance.
EPDM Rubber Sheet & Rolls
Description
EPDM rubber sheet / roll is very good weatherproof quality that makes highly recommended for the outdoor use, These sheets resist to oxidation, UV rays, Ozone, weathering & low temperature flexibility. The operating temperature range is from (-40°C to +130°C). EPDM rubber sheets / rolls are stable for long time due to its inert structure.
Applications
EPDM rubber sheets are highly used for industrial & outdoor application like weather strips, drinking water applications, rain water sealing, protection against sunlight & heat gaining as a roofing membrane & acid resistance applications. Also useful as a liner in pulverizing system.
Property
Very good resistance to water & water-based chemicals withstand temperature up to 130°C. Very good weathering resistance. Good resistance to mild acids, liquid fertilizer & break fluids. No resistance to oil & oil based products.
Electrical Insulation Rubber Mats
Description

Description
Rubberized Fabrics for safety at work, storage and transportation containers, Hospital Requirement, Radiation Resistance, Apron & Covers, Tent & Water beds and for protection against Chemicals, Chlorine & Gas, Membrane Fabrics as well as Specialized Fabrics. Rubberized Fabrics / Printing Blanket is processed out of blends of polyester and high strength pre-stretched cotton and selected rubber which had proven effective over many years.
Applications
Basic Fabric as Nylon, Polyester, Cotton & Fiberglass Coating form Rubber such as Natural, Neoprene, Nitrile, EPDM, Viton & Hyplon for variable applications in the area of Aviation, Marine, Nuclear, Defense, Insulation, Offshore & Oil Fields.
